Project goal
The aim of the project is to provide support for the acquisition of qualifications, retraining, or the acquisition and improvement of skills for employers’ personnel in order to promote workforce productivity. To achieve the project’s objective, supported activities will be provided for the number of businesses specified in the project application.
The result of the project consists of the activities implemented within the framework of supported actions and the indicators necessary to achieve the project’s goal. The solutions planned to achieve this objective involve providing support to sectoral employers to enhance workforce productivity by implementing training activities for employed persons.
